This is a workshop/seminar for people who would like to meditate but are not sure how to begin. In this We will look at both these types and put them into practice in these workshops. You will be amongst others at the same stage as yourself so it is an ideal place to begin without feeling awkward or uneasy Meditation is ideal for those wanting to relax and reduce stress as well as being empowered into being able to do things that they never thought possible.

basic techniques on how to begin to meditate. There are lots
of ways to meditate but the two simplest are when a person
clears their mind and begins to relax into a state where
they come out refreshed and energised. The other is a guided
meditation where you are guided through the meditation by
someone talking to you.
