About
The
winter months for many people are months that are less than
inspirational. They can leave you with a lack of energy,
motivation and joy.
But the good news is that there are lots
of ways both physically and emotionally that you can break
away from the feeling that the dark months leaves you with.
In these short workshops we will look at
how you can physically change your surroundings to make you
feel
better by introducing light and summer situations into your
life. We will also look at ways to overcome the depressed
feeling you may feel caused by the lack of sunshine and how
by understanding how you are feeling and changing your
emotions you will be better prepared to see the winter
months through and be much more able to enjoy the summer
when it comes.
