• All workshops, retreats and seminars taken by Frank Shapiro are for educational information, training and education. They are not medical or therapeutic.
• Any person attending a workshop, seminar or retreat outside the UK must have private medical insurance for the full duration of the time away as no responsibility for medical matters will be taken by the organiser
•  All sales are in British Pounds Sterling.
• Frank Shapiro reserves the right to cancel any workshop, seminar or retreat at any time and return all monies in full to the Client, the value of the returned monies not to exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
• You should not book your flights or travel until you have had written confirmation from us regarding your  acceptance into the programme. Frank Shapiro will not be responsible for any costs or charges related to air flights or any travel.
• Refund policy in the event of Frank Shapiro cancelling: All payments will be refunded limited to the actual amount paid to Frank Shapiro. no compensation will be payable for any other costs incurred by you.
• Frank Shapiro does not accept liability for any delays, inconvenience or costs incurred to clients/participants as a result of any of the following:- Closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, medical conditions, unexpected illness or injury, loss or damage to guests’ personal property or other events beyond our control 
• Refund policy in the event of client cancelling: All deposits paid at time of booking/registration are non refundable
