Q ... What is a Web Seminar?
A ... A web seminar is a seminar, workshop or talk which is held over the
internet. By holding the seminar on the internet you do not need to leave your
home or office to attend.

Q ... How many people will
be on the web seminar?
A ... The web seminars that I hold can have up to 100 participants on at one
time.

Q ... How does it work?
A ... It is pretty simple really. Once you decide that you would like to attend
one of my web seminars, simply click on the 'register' link. Some web seminars
are totally free of charge and if this is the case you will be sent your joining
instructions by e mail. If you want to attend a paid for web seminar then you
will be taken to PayPal where you can pay using your PayPal account or by using
your credit card NOTE - You do not need to have a
PayPal account to pay using credit card or debit card via PayPal.
Once you have paid you will be sent your joining instructions by e mail.

Q ... What happens next?
A ... Your joining instructions will remind you of the time and date of the web
seminar as well as a link which you click to join. There may also be a password.
If there is then you will need this to sign in to the webinar.

Q ... What do I need to join the seminar?
A ... You will need a computer with an internet connection, preferably broadband
or equivalent. Some of the web seminars will allow you to participate by asking
questions. Some will not. If you are allowed to ask questions then you will need
a headset with a microphone. If not then all you will need is speakers. You will
almost certainly have these already. If you can hear any kind of noise from your
computer then you have speakers. You can also join in, if you prefer by dialling
a special phone number which will be given to you in the joining e mail. But
most people will prefer simply to listen via their computer
Q ... Will I be able to participate and ask
questions during the web seminar
A ... Some web seminars will allow participant contribution by allowing them to
speak and other will allow participation by allowing them to type in messages.

Q ... Then what?
A ... Well, then when the web seminar starts, you listen. And here is the great
bit about it. Most of the web seminars will have a presentation that you will be
able to see on your own computer screen. Yes, that's right, You will not only be
able to listen to the seminar, but will be able to view a
presentation at the same time.

Q ... OK so talk me through it.
A ... At the time of the Web Seminar, open the Web Seminar confirmation email
you received after successful registration. Click
the Join Web Seminar link provided in the confirmation email. If prompted, click
Yes, Grant or Trust to accept the download. Enter the Web Seminar password (not
always needed but if it is you will receive this with the joining e mail). You
will then have joined the web seminar. So sit back and enjoy.

Q ... What is the cost?
A ... Some of the web seminars are free and some are not. If
there is a charge for the web seminar it will be stated on
the details page of that web seminar.

Q ... Are there any other
costs?
A ... No. Unless you decide to use your phone to listen in
to the web seminar instead of your computer. In this case
you will have your normal long distance phone call to pay
for. This will show up on your normal phone bill. But if you
choose to use your computer to listen and watch the web
seminar then there is absolutely no other costs.

Q ... Do I need to buy a
microphone and headset to take part?.
A ... No. You can listen through your computer speakers and
if the seminars allows you to participate by speaking and if
you have a microphone then you can do it all through your
computer
